Company Ethos

Company ethos

Three Fates proudly works with a diverse team of creatives and collaborators, championing new artists and offering opportunities for growth and development for emerging creatives.

We are fiercely protective of every person who works with us; therefore, everyone we work with must play their part in ensuring that regardless of gender identification, religion, cultural heritage or identity, language barriers, marital status, pregnancy, disability, or age, each person is treated fairly and with respect.

Three Fates will not tolerate any instances of bullying or harassment of any form.

We believe that Three Fates must be a company for all people and all stories. A huge part of this is acknowledging and committing to championing the voices of black and indigenous people of colour. It is no longer enough to be passively ‘not racist’ - we must stand up and be vocally, actively anti-racist. Theatre has a place in revolution and we believe it is our duty as artists, storytellers, and - most importantly - as humans to ensure that theatre be a platform for under-represented First Nation / BIPOC voices.

Three Fates Theatre are proud members of The Arts Wellbeing Collective.
